Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Wellness Path, UAB (“we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of https://incomio.me and its personalized AI course platform (the “Service”), uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our Service. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data more generally. Strictly-necessary cookies are always used because the Service cannot work without them; analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you agree to them (see “Your choices” below).

WHAT COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES ARE

A “cookie” is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use technologies that behave like cookies to store or read information on your device, including:

  • Cookies — small files stored by your browser (first-party, set by us, and third-party, set by our providers).
  • Local storage — key/value data your browser keeps for the Service (for example, to remember your quiz progress on this device).
  • Pixels and tags — tiny scripts or image beacons (such as the Meta Pixel) that record events like page views or a completed checkout.
  • Device and network signals — technical characteristics of your browser, device, and connection that we analyze to prevent fraud (see “Fraud prevention and device signals” below).

CATEGORIES OF COOKIES WE USE

We group the technologies we use into three categories:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Service to work (keeping your session, remembering how you arrived so we can attribute your order, and processing payments securely). These are always active and cannot be switched off, because the Service cannot function without them. We do not need your consent for these.
  • Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the Service so we can improve it. These are set only after you consent.
  • Advertising / marketing — used to measure our advertising and show you relevant offers. These are set only after you consent (or, when you arrive from one of our paid ads, on the basis of the consent captured at that click — see “The Meta advertising cookies” below).

YOUR CHOICES

On your first visit we show a consent banner with two options: “Accept All” (allows analytics and advertising/marketing cookies) or “Essential Only” (declines them — only strictly-necessary cookies are used). No analytics or advertising cookies are set until you choose “Accept All”. Your choice is recorded against your visit on our servers so we can honor it for the rest of your session, and the banner does not reappear once you have chosen.

To change or withdraw your choice at any time, use the “Manage cookie preferences” control on our Cookie Policy page — choosing “Essential only” there withdraws your consent to analytics and advertising cookies and stops that tracking on this device, as easily as it was to give. You can also clear the cookies and site data for incomio.me in your browser settings, adjust your browser’s cookie controls, or email us at [email protected] to ask us to stop non-essential processing. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends the GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising and marketing cookies and of the sharing of your information for those purposes. While GPC is on, our advertising and analytics trackers (such as the Meta Pixel and PostHog) will not load, and we cap your consent so that even “Accept All” cannot enable them — only strictly-necessary cookies are used. You do not need to do anything else for us to honor GPC.

THE COOKIES AND TECHNOLOGIES WE USE

The table below lists the main cookies and similar technologies used on the Service, grouped by category. Exact cookie names and lifetimes set by third parties may change as those providers update their products.

Name / providerCategoryPurpose
Session cookie (Incomio)Strictly necessaryIdentifies your visit so your quiz answers, consent choice, and order stay linked as you move through the Service.
Attribution / first-touch cookies (Incomio)Strictly necessaryRemember how you first reached us (for example, the campaign link you clicked) so we can correctly attribute your order and detect abuse. Set for us, not shared for third-party advertising.
StripeStrictly necessaryOur payment processor sets cookies to process your payment securely and to prevent payment fraud.
CloudflareStrictly necessaryOur network provider sets cookies to route traffic, keep the Service available, and protect it against malicious requests.
PostHog (EU)Analytics — consent-gatedProduct analytics, hosted in the EU. Loaded only after you consent. Helps us understand which parts of the Service work well and where visitors get stuck.
Meta Pixel — _fbp, _fbcAdvertising / marketing — consent-gatedMeasures the results of our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising. These cookies are written to your browser only after ad-tracking consent — see “The Meta advertising cookies” below for exactly how _fbc works.
SentryError monitoringCaptures technical error reports so we can fix crashes and bugs. We use Sentry for error monitoring only on this funnel — we do not record session replays here.

THE META ADVERTISING COOKIES

If you consent to ad tracking (by choosing “Accept All”, or automatically when you arrive from one of our paid ads and consent is captured at that click), the Meta Pixel may set two cookies in your browser:

  • _fbp — a first-party browser cookie that lets Meta measure and attribute the results of our advertising.
  • _fbc — a first-party browser cookie that stores the click identifier from the ad you clicked. It is written to your browser only after ad-tracking consent. Separately, and regardless of whether this cookie is set, we record the click identifier from your ad link on our own servers so we can attribute your visit and order to the correct campaign — server-side attribution is not disabled by declining cookies.

SERVER-SIDE ADVERTISING MEASUREMENT

In addition to the browser pixel, and only where you have consented to ad tracking, we send advertising-measurement events to Meta directly from our servers using Meta’s Conversions API. To match those events to your ad interaction, we share hashed (pseudonymized) identifiers — such as a SHA-256 hash of your email address, your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, and the ad click identifier. Hashing means Meta does not receive these values in plain text. This is the server-side counterpart to the Meta Pixel and serves the same advertising-measurement purpose.

FRAUD PREVENTION AND DEVICE SIGNALS

To protect the integrity of checkout and prevent abuse (such as automated fraud and fake orders), we analyze technical signals from your browser and connection. These can include characteristics of how your device renders graphics and audio (for example, canvas, WebGL, and audio characteristics), a fingerprint of your network (TLS) connection, a classification of your IP network (for example, whether it belongs to a data-center or an anonymizing service), and the timing of your interactions.

We carry out this analysis under our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and protecting the Service — it is strictly-necessary anti-abuse processing, not advertising, and it does not build an advertising profile of you. Identifying raw device signals are deleted within 90 days.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Some of the providers named above (for example, Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. See the “Data storage & cross-border transfers” section of our Privacy Policy for more detail.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in the law. When we do, we revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Manage your cookie preferences

You haven't made a choice yet on this device. Only strictly-necessary cookies are used until you do.

You can change this at any time. Choosing “Essential only” withdraws consent to analytics and advertising cookies and stops that tracking on this device — as easy as it was to give.
